ITEMS ARE MADE IN A COTTAGE FOOD OPERATION THAT IS NOT SUBJECT TO FLORIDA’S SAFETY REGULATIONS.

Angela Pawlik, A Florida Baker LLC, has successfully completed Florida Food Safety course for food handlers.

While every effort is made to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety, products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, and soy. Customers with food allergies or sensitivities should exercise their own judgment when purchasing and consuming baked goods. The bakery is not liable for any allergic reactions or health issues resulting from the consumption of its products. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS 

Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges will only be considered if there is an error with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or a product that does not meet quality standards. In such cases, please contact the bakery within 24 hours of receiving your order with a description and photo of the issue. We reserve the right to determine eligibility for refunds or replacements on a case-by-case
